Polyamide or Teflon products

We can offer you from stock or to order, polyamide rods or polyamide plates. Polyamide (PA), a partially crystalline thermoplastic nylon, is a material that offers an optimal combination of mechanical strength, stiffness, toughness. It has a good mechanical damping property together with a favorable electrical insulation capacity as well as good chemical resistance. It is a ‘general purpose’ material for mechanical and maintenance constructions. We can also offer Teflon – PTFE rods or plates. It can be used in a wide temperature range from -100°F to +400°F (-73°C to 204°C). It has excellent thermal and electrical insulation properties and a low coefficient of friction. PTFE is very dense and cannot be melt processed.
